A group trip to Knowsley Safari Park

From discussions at our last resident’s forum it was mentioned that people would like to organise more group activities. A few of our residents arranged an activity to Knowsley Safari Park. On the day of the trip the weather was perfect for exploring. There were gasps of amazement as we came across each different species of animal. As they roamed free it was as if each of the animals were posing for the camera. The Zebra’s looked smart in their striped pyjamas and the Rhinoceros looked fierce. All of the animals were amazing but the funniest and most entertaining were the baboons. Luckily they left our vehicle alone! After lunch in The Oasis we had a walk round to see the giraffe and bat forest. The bats were flying around, they came close but missed us every time. We went to the Sea lion show where Arthur, Roger and Biffo the Sea lions were spectacular during the performance. After an ice cream and a visit to the gift shop to purchase souvenirs and gifts. Then back in the car for our journey home. Not a quiet journey as we all had plenty to talk about.
