The Pleasance

  • The Pleasance is a cluster of 5 detached houses in a semi-rural setting close to the community facilities in Edlington.
  • The service provides care and support for adults who have a learning disability, Autistic spectrum condition, complex needs and those people who can pose challenges through their behaviour.
  • There are 15 individual flats which can be utilised to design individual packages of support in a person centred way.
  • Positive experience of supporting people who have very complex needs and have had difficulty sustaining community based placements

The Terrace

  • The Terrace is a residential support service for adults with a learning disability, associated complex needs and those who may have challenging behaviour.
  • This service has 6 flats and will provide 24 hour support. The ground floor flats have wheelchair access available. The flats are extremely spacious and have a kitchen, lounge, bedroom and en-suite. Each flat will have its own front door key. The grounds of the property are large and there will be the opportunity for vocational and recreational activities on site.
  • The Terrace is situated in Conisbrough and is a short walk away from the village centre to a wealth of community facilities. Public transport links are close by for residents at The Terrace to utilise.

New Development at Langold

  • The development at Langold, Bassetlaw, Nottinghamshire will consist of 6 two bedroomed houses and 8 apartments.
  • The service will provide care and support for adults who have a learning disability, Autistic spectrum condition, complex needs and those people who can pose challenges through their behaviour.
  • This site is in the heart of the community and close to local amenities such as shops, eateries and Langold County Park.
