The role in our support team is varied and rewarding. The individuals we support are at the heart of all we do, we provide a skilled management team and enabling support workers to people with learning disabilities, autism and other vulnerable adults which promotes their dignity, individuality, inclusion and the fulfilment of their potential.

We want the support team who work with us within Cristal Care to believe in our vision. We are a great place to live and work and we will provide staff the opportunity to develop themselves through training, hands on learning and promotion within the company.

Training

Our staff receive induction training and shadowing which enables them to carry out their role in a person-centred way and to the highest standard. We have training which is run annually that is designed to upskill and refresh our support teams knowledge and competence.

If you don’t have any qualifications in care we will support you to achieve your Care Certificate which is nationally recognised as the minimum qualification standard.

Staff who are employed by Cristal Care will have opportunities to complete recognised apprenticeships and qualifications such as Health and Social Care Level 2 and 3. Leadership and Management Level 4 and Health and Social Care Level 5.
