Gateway House is located in Dinnington, Sheffield. It is a specialist residential care home for adults with learning disabilities, autism and associated complex needs. The local placing authority comes under Rotherham Council and CCG as it is just on the border of Rotherham and Sheffield. The one large property has 6 individual living spaces that each have their own living room, kitchen area, breakfast bar or dining room and bedroom with a shower room en-suite bathroom.
All support staff are trained to meet individuals needs with a comprehensive induction, learning and development plan as well as positive behaviour support model therapeutic crisis intervention training (TCI).
