We have been reaccredited for the requirement of Investors in People. In feedback the specialist assessor was ‘satisfied beyond doubt Cristal Care meets the requirements of the Investors in People standard’. It was identified that there is a high level of good practice in place particularly regarding the wide range of training and development activity that takes place, the effectiveness of the management team and the embedded practice of supervisions and appraisals. The accreditation is for the next three years.
