New Year Health Kick

ST and staff member Terri have started a group after discussing his own New Year’s resolutions with others and seeing there were lots of other people who had the same goal- to be healthier in 2020. His first session was held on the first week in January to encourage others to attend and stay committed to living a healthier lifestyle through eating better. ST chairs the meeting each week and provides helpful information and recipes that are both nutritious and tasty. The £1 cost of the session goes towards taster recipes which are made for the weekly group session and books that are available to everyone.
