We held a training day for parents at the local Martin Well’s community centre. We believe in delivering positive behaviour support and staff are trained in Therapeutic Crisis Intervention across our service. The training day was an opportunity for parents to have a further understand and insight into how staff work. Parents who attended the day commented how they found it very informative on understanding their child’s behaviour and to be able to share experiences with other parents.
